Cancellation Policy
No Show / Late Cancellation Fee:
You agree to be financially responsible for a Late Cancellation / Missed appointment fee for all appointments not canceled or rescheduled 24 business hours in advance. This is a strict 24 business hour policy, meaning we must hear from you at the latest the day before the appointment before the scheduled appointment time.(Exceptions to this policy are death, hospitalization and some extreme emergencies.) Fee forgiveness is determined by and at the sole discretion of the provider. No Show/Late Cancellation fee for both office and telehealth services is $85.00.
